Gavin Mooney
Gavin Mooney is a visiting professor in health economics at the University of Cape Town. He is visiting from Australia for the fourth consecutive year and takes a keen interest in the NHI and the debate surrounding it. In 2009 he was awarded an honorary doctorate by UCT as "one of the founding fathers of health economics"
